The Window · A live cohort with Antonio Neves
Ten people, four calls on Zoom, cameras on. We start Tuesday, November 10 and wrap Tuesday, December 1, before the year end reviews and before January shows up.
And no, you don't have to want to be a keynote speaker. Most people use this for an interview, a performance review, a pitch, the all hands, a panel, a post or their first talk. Keynote is just the format we use to get it out of your head.
Save my seat$997. Enrollment closes Saturday, November 7, or sooner if the 10 seats fill.
10 people, cameras on
4 live sessions, 90 minutes each
$997 Build Your Keynote included
You've been doing this for 15 or 20 years. Somebody asks you to "say a few words" at the all hands and you can feel yourself getting vague. You know more than half the people who get the stage. You just haven't figured out how to say it.
Consultant, coach, practice owner, founder. People keep getting sent your way because "you have to talk to her, she's the person for this." Then "Got 5 minutes?" turns into 40 and ends with "I owe you a coffee."
A promotion, a pivot, a first talk, a bigger role. You can feel the window and you know there's something in all those years of work. You just can't name it yet.
Somebody asks what you do and you say your job title.
When people thank you, your reflex is "It's nothing."
You've watched people with half your experience get the panel, the stage or the promotion.
You've got a hundred stories and no idea which one matters.
You've been meaning to write the talk, the bio or the LinkedIn About section for about three years.
You asked AI to help and it came back sounding like everybody else.
Back when I worked in TV in New York City I sat on an industry panel. Afterwards one of the other panelists said, "I can't believe they only paid us $500." I was confused for a second. Then it hit me that I didn't get paid anything. Zero. The other folks on that stage knew what they brought was worth something. I didn't know that yet.
I kept giving it away for years. Coffee chats, long calls, "Can I pick your brain?" One time someone offered to pay me for my advice and I said, "Don't worry about it." They paid somebody else $1,500 instead.
So I learned this the slow way. I came up as a TV journalist, and the whole job was asking good questions and then shutting up long enough for people to tell me the real thing. That's what I'll be doing with you.
400+ keynotes for companies like Google, Amazon, Visa, McDonald's and Booking.com

Master's from Columbia Journalism School. Build Your Keynote, which you get as part of this, comes straight from the process I use with my private keynote coaching clients.
"I came to Antonio with a solid message, but he helped me turn it into an experience. He didn't rewrite my story. He helped me refine it, clarify what mattered most, and build the kind of confidence that comes from preparation."
Robbie Young, Credit Union Executive
"I came into Build Your Keynote with too many ideas, not too few. The questions kept pushing underneath my polished answers until I found connections I genuinely hadn't seen before. I didn't just leave with an outline. I left understanding more clearly what my work is actually about."
Adam W. Barney, Leadership Coach
"It was helpful to draw out all my disconnected ideas into a more cohesive form and see how they'd look in a keynote. It made doing a keynote feel more doable."
Aneisha Velazquez, Accountant
"He asks amazing questions."
Mike DiGiovanni, Construction Executive
"I just delivered my keynote for the first time to a room full of amazing people."
Eric Recker, Dentist
"Within two weeks of working with him, I got two inbound leads for international speaking gigs."
Terry Rice, AI Trainer
The folks above worked with me 1:1 or went through Build Your Keynote on their own. The Window takes that same process and puts it in a small room with me live. Being in the first group means I'm paying attention to every single person and what you tell me shapes how I run it.
Leadership. Resilience. Communication. Those are the leaves, and everybody's got the leaves. What makes you worth listening to is the root, the stuff you only know because you lived it. I call it going from leaf to root. In week 1 I interview you, journalist style, until we get there.
I use AI every day to run my business. It's the greatest consultant ever built. But it gives you the average answer, so you end up sounding like everybody else. This is coaching, not consulting. Your stories, your words, your voice.
It always sounds good in your head. In week 3 you say it out loud to nine other people and I coach it live. That's the part most people skip, and it's where it gets real.
Your first move happens before week 1. I send you Build Your Keynote myself soon after you join, and you start on the questions and bring your answers to the first session.
01 Find it.
Tuesday, November 10
I interview you live to get past the leaves to the root. You walk away with what you're actually known for, in one sentence.
02 Prove it.
Tuesday, November 17
The one story that makes people believe it. You walk away with your signature story, ready for an interview, a review, a pitch or a post.
03 Say it.
Monday, November 23 (Thanksgiving week)
Everybody says it out loud to the group and I coach it live. You walk away with a short talk you've actually given, plus a written description and outline of your idea from Build Your Keynote, the kind of thing you can send anybody who says "tell me more."
04 Become it.
Tuesday, December 1
Who you're becoming, and The 1-Day Method. I'll share my own first moves. Everybody commits to one real move. You walk away with that move made or on the calendar, and a daily practice so this keeps going after week four.
Every session runs 2:00 to 3:30 PM PT (5:00 to 6:30 PM ET) on Zoom, cameras on. Find a private room for these, especially week 3.
Save my seatIronically the better you are at something the harder it is to see it yourself. That's exactly why the other nine people matter. They'll hear what you've stopped noticing.
It probably feels a little strange to pay to find out what you already know. I get it. But everyone does not know this stuff like you know this stuff. And if you do the work and still can't name it, you get your money back.
"It reaches the ideas and the concept buried deep in your head that you're trying to uncover and it puts them on paper." Mental Health Professional
Then it falls flat in front of nine people who are about to do the exact same thing, and I help you fix it right there. Better there than at the all hands.
It's four calls, Build Your Keynote, me reviewing your work in between and nine people hearing you say it.
If I had to guess, you've been good at what you do for so long that it doesn't feel special to you anymore. People keep sending folks your way and you keep saying "it's nothing." You're not looking for somebody to fix you. You just want to say what you're great at without getting vague, and have it land when it counts. Preferably before another year goes by.
4 live sessions with me, 90 minutes each, 10 people max
Full access to Build Your Keynote ($199 on its own). You work through the sections between calls.
The 1-Day Method planner page
Me reviewing your work between sessions, on your material
Nine other people doing the same work at the same time
When I coach someone 1:1 on this it's $10,000. The Window uses the same process, just in a small room instead of a private one.
The Name It Guarantee. Show up live to weeks 1 and 2 and do the Build Your Keynote work in between. If you still can't name what you're known for, email me before week 3 starts on Monday, November 23 and I'll refund you in full. No forms. Just an email.
Save my seatThis isn't fake scarcity. In week 3 every person says it out loud and I coach each one live. Past 10 people, somebody gets rushed, and I'm not doing that to anybody. Enrollment closes November 7 so everybody has a few days in Build Your Keynote before we start.
You want someone to write your talk or your bio for you.
You're looking for a business coach to build your offer, your pricing and your sales funnel.
You want a course to watch on your own time. The sessions aren't recorded.
You won't show up live with your camera on.
You want a guaranteed income result. I'm not gonna promise that.
When are the sessions? Tuesday November 10, Tuesday November 17, Monday November 23 and Tuesday December 1. Every one runs 2:00 to 3:30 PM PT, which is 5:00 to 6:30 PM ET.
Why is week 3 on a Monday? Thanksgiving. On the Tuesday of that week half the room is at the airport.
Are the sessions recorded? No. The room is the thing you're paying for. Saying it out loud to real people, and hearing how they react, is the work.
What if I miss one? Tell me ahead of time and I'll help you catch up between sessions. If you already know you can't make most of them, this probably isn't the right round for you.
How much time does it take between sessions? Plan on 60 to 90 minutes a week, mostly working through Build Your Keynote and practicing out loud.
Can my company pay for this? Yes. After you pay you'll get a receipt you can turn in for reimbursement.
I'm not a "public speaker." Is week 3 gonna be brutal? You'll be saying it to nine people who are about to do the exact same thing. I'll coach you through it live. Nobody's getting booed.
How is this different from Build Your Keynote? Build Your Keynote is you, alone, with the questions. The Window is the room, live, with me. Build Your Keynote is included, and you do the sections between calls.
I already bought Build Your Keynote. Now what? Then you're already ahead. The price is the same for everybody, so start on the questions now and bring your answers to week 1.
Why not just use AI? Have at it. I use it every day. It'll give you the average answer in five seconds. What it can't do is interview you for 20 minutes until the real thing comes out, or hear you say it out loud and tell you where you lost the room.
Is this business coaching? No. We're not building your pricing, your offers or your funnel. This is about knowing what you're great at and being able to say it.
What do I actually walk away with? What you're known for in one sentence, your signature story, a short talk you've actually given, a written description and outline of your idea, and one real move made or on the calendar.
What happens after I pay? You'll get a welcome email from me right away with the dates. Your Build Your Keynote access and calendar invites with the Zoom link come from me separately, soon after. Week 3 is a Monday, so put that one on your calendar now.
Real quick. Picture next November. Somebody at a dinner asks what you do. What do you want to hear yourself say?
You can keep saying "it's nothing." Odds are somebody's going to ask to pick your brain again next week, and you'll give it away again, and that's fine. Or you can spend four weeks finding out what it actually is and saying it out loud in front of a room.
Some windows only stay open for so long.
Save my seat$997. 10 seats. Enrollment closes Saturday, November 7.
